📌 Chic & Boujee Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love every piece from Chic & Boujee. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns and refunds work.


🔁 Returns

We offer a 7-day return window, meaning you have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • Tags must be attached

  • The item must be returned in the same condition it was received

  • Proof of purchase is required

To initiate a return, please email chicnboujee@gmail.com.
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

⚠️ Please note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


⚠️ Damages & Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll review the issue and offer a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and production reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Pre-order items

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to contact us before purchasing.


⏳ Pre-Order Policy (Important)

Items marked as Pre-Order are produced or sourced specifically for your order.

By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge that:

  • Dispatch timelines may be longer than in-stock items

  • Pre-order items are final sale

  • Pre-orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once placed

Estimated delivery timelines are stated on each product page.


💳 Refunds

If your return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at chicnboujee@gmail.com
